This policy explains how PrizePilot handles personal data when you browse the site, use a demo, or contact us about setup services.

Information we collect

We collect the details you provide through enquiries, setup discussions, demo interactions and support requests.

We also use first-party analytics to understand which PrizePilot pages are being visited. This records timestamp, page path, referrer host, broad device type and a daily hashed visitor ID. Raw IP addresses and full user-agent strings are not stored.

How we use information

Contact details are used to respond to enquiries, scope setup work, provide support and maintain the demo/service relationship. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Analytics data is used only to understand site usage, improve content and monitor whether commercial pages are working. We do not join visitor analytics to enquiries, orders, email addresses or customer records.

Storage & retention

Demo and setup data may be stored in the application database or support systems used to deliver the service. Access is restricted to authorized operators and support staff.

First-party analytics logs are retained for up to 90 days by default, unless a shorter operational retention period is configured.

Third parties

Payment providers, hosting platforms and email/support tools may process data under their own terms where they are used for setup, demos or support.

PrizePilot does not load third-party analytics scripts by default. If optional third-party analytics is enabled later, this policy should be updated before it is used.
